Alumni Hall currently offers 8 different methods, ranging in price and delivery time, for the convenience of our customers. All of these methods can be found below. 

1) Buy Online / Pick Up In-Store

We offer Buy Online / Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) in our retail locations.  However, we may need to adjust that availability by location from time to time.  Click here to see our  policies and procedures regarding this program.

If you'd like to allow someone other than the person placing the order to be allowed to pick up your BOPIS order, please insert the name of the person authorized to pick up your order in the order comments box at checkout.

2.) Economy Shipping:

We currently charge a $7.95 flat rate price for our Economy Shipping option within the contiguous United States. When choosing the Economy Shipping option, items will ship out within 3 business days (usually within 1 business day) of when your order is placed. Depending on which location your item is being shipped from and where it is being shipped to, your package will be delivered within 3-7 business days once picked up and processed by UPS. Your package will either be delivered by UPS or USPS depending on your residential address. 

3) UPS Ground:

We currently charge an $11.95 flat rate price for UPS Ground shipping in the contiguous United States. When choosing the UPS Ground shipping option, items will ship out within 3 business days (usually within 1 business day). Depending on which location your item is being shipped from and where it is being shipped to, your package will be delivered within 1-5 business days once picked up and processed by UPS.

4) UPS 2nd Day Air:

We currently charge $17.95 for UPS Second Day Air orders shipped in the contiguous United States. Available items will ship the day they are ordered provided they are ordered before 3 pm ET Monday-Friday. These orders will generally arrive by 10:30am (may be later in rural areas) on the second business day. All UPS 2nd Day Air orders placed between 3 pm ET on Thursday and 3 pm ET on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. No packages will be picked up or delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

5) UPS Next Day Air:

We currently charge $22.95 for UPS Next Day Air orders shipped in the contiguous United States. Available items will ship the day they are ordered provided they are ordered before 3 pm ET Monday-Friday. These orders will generally arrive by 10:30am (may be later in rural areas) the following business day. All UPS Next Day orders placed between 3 pm ET on Thursday and 3 pm ET on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. No packages will be picked up or delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

6) UPS to Alaska & Hawaii:

We currently charge $20 for orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii. When choosing the UPS to Alaska or Hawaii shipping option, items will ship out within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on where your package is shipping out from and where your package destination is.

7) UPS to Canada: 

We currently charge $30 for orders shipped to Canada. Orders shipped to Canada require customs clearance which may result in shipping delays. Additionally, orders to Canada require a street address (UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes). Delivery times vary depending on where your package is shipping out from and where your package destination is.  (As of January 1, 2020, Nike has instituted a policy that prohibits selling Nike merchandise internationally.  We apologize for any inconvenience).  Customers will be responsible for all duties/customs/shipping charges/etc. for items shipped across the border, including items being sent for return or exchange.

8) USPS to APO/FPO: 

In support of our Military, we also offer USPS shipping options to APOs and FPOs for our soldiers and their families stationed overseas. We currently charge $11.95 for orders shipped to an APO/FPO. Shipping times may vary depending on where your package is being shipped to. (Nike's new policy of prohibiting the selling of Nike products internationally does not affect APO/FPO orders.  Alumni Hall will happily continue shipping your favorite Nike merchandise to our military service members)  Thank you for your service!

APO and FPO packages are handed off to USPS for shipping and delivery (even if starting with UPS).  Per USPS guidelines, it can take up to 45 days for the package to be delivered. USPS will not allow claims or inquiries to be submitted until the full ship window has been met.  Therefore, while we are happy to assist you with finding information regarding this shipment, we may be limited as to how much information we can obtain prior to the closing of the 45 day shipping window.  USPS does not update tracking information in real time.

**After orders are processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address indicated on your order or customer account. Due to differing inventory in our stores, it is sometimes necessary for us to split shipments among more than one location. Your order will arrive in the same number of packages as tracking numbers that you receive.**

**We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on orders with merchandise totaling $99 or higher.  There are some items that are excluded from this and these items may have an additional shipping charge due to their size and/or weight.  For these items you will see an additional shipping charge at check out.**

**Should you have a need to change the delivery address, once your package(s) have shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  However, please be aware that UPS charges a fee for these changes once the package(s) is in their hands. We will need get payment information from you in order to pay these fees.**

We observe the same shipping holidays as UPS (below). No orders will be shipped or delivered on these days. Orders shipped prior to these holidays may also expect delays while in transit.

2024 UPS Holiday Schedule (no service):

*Alumni Hall cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to conditions beyond our control (such as severe weather, carrier service interruptions or holiday surge volume).

**Special "hot market" and event items, such as National Championship, Conference Tournament and Bowl Game items may take longer depending on current availability as items arrive from the vendor(s).  Special event items are produced by manufacturers only after the outcome of a game or event. These are advanced sale items and will ship once they are received.
