The base is powder coated black wrinkle to ensure a rich, sleek, long lasting finish.The bases are easy to assemble and with locking tabs, top and bottom, are strong and steady. Roll Tide!

If Holland requests the damaged item to be returned for inspection, the customer has 14 days to do so. .
